This policy does not override your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees outlined in the CGA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. However, if you wish to cancel an unprocessed order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laughingowlwhisky.co.nz, and we will do our best to assist.

If you believe an item is faulty or defective:

1. Contact us at info@laughingowlwhisky.co.nz with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. If the product is deemed faulty after inspection, we will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
3. We will cover the cost of returning defective goods to us.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• If the product is defective and has been opened, please contact us to arrange inspection.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• For defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• For non-defective items (e.g., exchanges), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us at info@laughingowlwhisky.co.nz to arrange an exchange.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.
